Updates - your name, email, phone number allow us to contact you to share updates and promotions.
Orders - name, email, phone number, along with:
-Buyer Payment Information (billing address and payment information (e.g., credit or debit card details or other payment credentials, like Stripe),
-Delivery Information (delivery address, contact name, and possibly phone number if needed)
Other than the Delivery Information required by Shipping carrier(s), we retain your information and do not share, nor sell your personal information.
Website Troubleshooting - to correct website issues, may need you to share screen shots, descriptive information not limited to browser, day, time, error messages or reports.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping typically managed by Andrews using UPS, communicating estimated delivery dates to Buyer. For Andrews review and agreement, Buyers may propose, arrange and pay for alternate carrier.
Returns are to be received within 30 days of carrier delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition.
At this time, Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states in North America including the District of Columbia). If Buyer requires Shipping beyond the contiguous US, Buyer arranges, covers costs and are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Andrews not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Cancellations are not accepted.
